About me:
Hello,
My name is Kris, I have been in the fitness world for over 20 years since I was a child at the age of 13. I am a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I have faced adversity in my own life, yet I have persevered and still have great compassion and drive to continue my career in fitness. I have inspired friends, family, and clients to stay motivated and disciplined to stay the course in fitness. Let me show you how fitness can help you physically, cognitively and to help you feel better about yourself as a whole.
I have personally trained clients, friends, and family members throughout my career. Just as my clients learn from me, I have also learned many things from my clients. I like to motivate and inspire everyone I come across.
I deal with Chronic Pain, and injuries sustained while serving in the Marine Corps. I know what it feels like to accommodate injuries while exercising. In the year 2020, I was falsely diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and a year into the battle, it came to be an offset Type 1 Diabetes. Yet I continue to strive toward my goals in fitness. My hope is this encourages you to get out there and continue fighting for yourself.
Philosophy:
I strive to be the best leader I was called to be and become. I will continue this by leading by example and being mindful and receptive to my client's needs. Being true to God and always keeping my integrity in check. I am my worst enemy, but I will not be yours.
