The initial consultation is for NEW clients. Intake forms to direct your fitness goals in the right direction. The second part of this is small workouts, stretches, and testing to see where you are in your fitness progress. ****Times may vary****

Providing motivation and inspiration to include 15mins of warmups & 45 mins of orientated objective training to best suit your needs and desires, to meet your goals.
This program is for youth ages 12-18 and is oriented mainly towards general fitness, with concentration on muscle building and aerobics. Your trainer can formulate a plan with you based on your goals and skills at the initial consultation.

Group Rates
Groups of 2 for 1-30 minute session, $25/per member per session
Groups of 2 for 1-60 minute session, $35/per member per session
We will provide 15 mins of group warmups and 45 minutes of a group circuit training each benefiting both individual's desires and needs whilst working next to your friends, family, or significant other - hope you plan on having a good time

Groups of 3 or more for 1-30 minute session, $20/per member, per session
Groups of 3 or more for 1-60 minute session, $30/per member, per session
I will provide in a class setting, warm-up stretches and circuit training that involves buddy workouts, intense fun, and engaging workouts that will make you sweat and compete – I will provide the necessary equipment. **WILL MOST LIKELY BE DONE OUTSIDE, BE PREPARED FOR THAT DAY'S WEATHER**

Weekly – Billed at the beginning of every week (1 or 2 week contract)

3x a week
Monthly – Billed at the beginning of every month (Contract must be at least 1 month long)
30 minute sessions per week, 4x a month $160/per month
60 minute sessions per week, 4x a month $220/per month
** To add more sessions per week, a 15% discount will be given per session.**
